BizEase Client Case Study – Cheryl
Earlier this year, I decided to highlight a case study on my blog each month, to better communicate the many ways the BizEase online marketing team truly assists our clients.
Today I’m talking about a client who has been with us for almost a year now.
Cheryl is a career coach who helps professionals at all stages of their careers, find gainful and meaningful employment. When we started working together, Cheryl’s immediate need was help with her social media and newsletter. She had a lot of existing content but needed us to help her recycle and repurpose the really good stuff. She had her social media accounts in place, but it was becoming too much work to manage them on her own. Truth be told, Cheryl was so busy with clients she was having a difficult time getting to the essential marketing tasks that would keep her business humming along.
After assessing her needs and budget, we put together a game plan to get her back on track with a consistent marketing strategy.
Since she already had a ton of great content in place, I enlisted our team copywriter to pull newsletter tips from Cheryl’s existing blog posts. Another team member got to work on strengthening her Facebook page and Twitter profile, while another created a branded template and got busy with management of her newsletter. Of course, our trusty project manager oversaw everything to ensure tasks were getting done and projects were moving along.
As our work with Cheryl continued, we were able to identify even more areas where we could help her regain her time and get more traction with her awesome content. We created branded visuals to accompany her social media updates and added more copywriting services to beef up her social media content and blog posts, taking even more off this busy woman’s plate.
We started off by helping Cheryl with her most pressing needs. As we worked together, she soon saw the value and benefit of working with an online marketing support team. Not only does she now have a more consistent marketing strategy, but has also regained valuable time to take care of those things only she can do.
