For about $36 per month Ring Central gives me an 800# that will ring to any telephone I choose, a fax line for sending and receiving faxes, extensions for all of my team members, and even an extra toll free number for one of my clients. Ring Central allows me to set up a very professional system of recordings and rules for answering calls, and even sends all of our voice mail messages to us via email as MP3s. I have my 800# set to ring on my home phone, but can forward it to my cell phone if I’m going to be out and about, choose the option to send it to voice mail for call backs only if I’m unavailable, or even transfer it to a team member’s phone if I want them to handle the calls. Because I have the flexibility to direct my calls and determine how I want the system to handle them, It has turned out to be a very convenient and flexible solution that not only meets the needs of my company, but exceeds them!
I just love that technology continues to get bigger and better! Especially technology that helps small business owners just like you and I, maintain the same appearance of success and professionalism as the bigger companies, no matter how small we are, and at a price we can afford.
