ClickWebinar supplies users with Audio and Video conferencing, Moderated Chat and private discussion and up to 10 hours of recording. Prices for both tools range from $30/month (ClickMeeting) to $210/month (ClickWebinar) with a free no obligation 30 day trial.
WebinarJam: While definitely not an inexpensive option, WebinarJam is a front end marketing machine for Google Hangouts developed by marketers, for marketers. This add-on software takes Google Hangouts to its full potential and lets users conduct live webinars and online meetings with unlimited attendees using Google Hangouts. Features include the ability for viewers to log in in without a Gmail or Google account and the option for the system to automatically open the webinar room and notify all registrants at your pre-defined date and time. Users can also have staff members answering the chat comments in real time and there’s also the option to add as many co-presenters and co-administrators as you wish. WebinarJam also allows you to register potential views directly from your own website, preventing this critical web traffic from being redirected elsewhere. Plus you keep the webinar environment entirely within your own branded website: your own domain name, your own custom design, etc. Again, WebinarJam is not free and comes with a pretty hefty price tag of $497 per year (which actually comes out to about $42 per month).
