If you’re doing your e-mail marketing through Infusionsoft, and you have not customized your opt-out link, you could be losing subscribers unnecessarily. There are two very important reasons to create your own opt-out link. The first one is because someone may simply want to want to update their e-mail address or contact information, but remain on your list. The second is that someone may want to opt-out of your weekly promotion e-mail, but continue to receive your monthly newsletter or other email offerings. Infusionsoft’s default opt-out link allows for one thing: unsubscribe from all e-mail marketing! Ouch!
