Complete nagging tasks and prepare your Priority List before you leave for the day so you can make a fresh and focused start the following morning.
Take a Technology Break: Making the choice to shut off all devices and step away from the internet for even as little as 30 minutes can be tough (especially if your business depends on it). However, if you make the choic e to block off some “technology free” time every day you will be amazed what you can get done when there’s no Skype, email or social media dragging your attention away from the task at hand.
