Bye-Bye Comment Button: In the past when users hovered over a pin, the Comments button appeared, allowing them to comment or ask questions. Recently Pinterest discarded this button. But contrary to popular belief, it’s not leaving wannabe commenters shut out. To leave comments, click on the pin and enlarge it. You’ll see a comment box appear where you can enter your comment or ask a question.
Rearranging Boards Is Easier: The Rearrange Boards button has been removed, but the option is still there. Boards can be moved and easily rearranged now by simply dragging them around with your cursor.
The Newest Changes: Just within the last month, Pinterest has rolled out yet another batch of changes to enhance the user experience. Here are a few:
Customized categories so it’s even easier to find Pins user love.
User categories now live on their own page and are also a lot more visual.
The more you use a category, the bigger it gets—so favorites are always easy to spot.
Interests buttons, on the upper left side if the user’s screen, will now light up whenever there’s something new here to see.
What do you think about these changes? Has Pinterest been an effective tool for your business?
