I’m finding all kinds of cool software, tools and apps to share with you lately. A couple of them have actually been recommendations from others. Last week I told you about RecurPost, a free social media scheduling app that recycles evergreen content, recommended by one of my team members. This week’s is a very unique (and reasonably priced) CRM tool recommended by a prospective client, called Cloze. It’s the little beauty I mentioned in the Monday Marketing BizTip – on Tuesday live video I did.
Cloze is a unique CRM system that connects to your email, Dropbox, Evernote, your social media platforms and cell phone provider if you so choose, and tracks all of your communication and interaction (email, phone calls and social media!) with clients, prospective clients, team members and so much more! It keeps track of when you need to follow up with people and “what’s next,” and allows you to send email and post to Evernote AND your social media platforms directly from the app! When someone updates their contact information anywhere, Cloze will find it and give you the option of updating their info in the app. It’s pretty awesome.
I’ve been playing around with it, and can see a lot of ways it can help me keep track of things in the works, and when to follow up with people. I still have a lot to learn about how it works though. Plus, I’m so accustomed to going straight into Gmail to check my email, I forget I can do that from within Cloze, and get a much clearer picture of what’s going on. The only way you can see the true value and capabilities of this handy dandy little CRM is to get in there and try it for yourself. There is a free version of course, but their pro plan gives you so much more … all for a whopping $13.33 per month if you subscribe annually, or a monthly subscription price of $19.99. The free trial gives you access to the whole ball of wax, without having to provide your credit card! Cloze is available for the computer, and syncs to both iPhone and Android apps.
