In December of 2013, LinkedIn launched a brand new feature called Professional Portfolio. This offers LinkedIn users the chance to not only enhance their profiles, but also showcase their professional story with visual content. This new feature appeals to any business professional in any industry, and allows the adding of content in the form of photos/images, videos, presentations and audio recordings.
Currently, the key features of Professional Portfolio are available on the following sections of user’s LinkedIn profile:
To access and add these new enhancements, including links to a wide range of documents, simply go to your “edit profile” option to get started. Look for the square icon (with the plus sign in the corner) while in edit mode to add and upload your desired photos/images, videos, presentations and audio recordings.
If you need to go back and edit any of the media, simply look for the pencil icon in the lower right corner on any of your content, click on it and edit the fields.
