In 2014, instead of trying to be a jack-of-all-trades, she decided to narrow her services and pick a niche to focus all her learning and skills-development on. As it turns out, she enjoys creating videos for businesses more than anything else. She enjoys the creative elements of it, plus, there are the technical aspects that she relishes getting into as well. All this AND video marketing makes Andrea a well-rounded media specialist ready to guide and encourage any business into the often overwhelming world of video.
With well over 12 years in the administration field, Caley brings a wealth of experience to the table. In addition to being skilled in a variety of general administrative skills Caley specializes in providing Graphic and Web Design, Custom Website and WordPress Blogsite Creation and Maintenance services. Darlene has been a digital media support specialist since 2008. She specializes in podcast production, and audio/video editing. A two-time Podcast Award nominee, Darlene is passionate about assisting others with their podcasting needs; including but not limited to editing, producing, mastering, podcast setup, and coaching clients through podcast production from point A to point B. A web designer by trade and a creative at heart, she is also skilled in WordPress, Document Formatting and eNewsletter design.

Diana has been a leader in the VA Industry for 25 years having started her business in 1985. She’s the author of 7 books (3 published, 4 self-published) and today specializes in PR and Marketing and helping clients get more PR whether that’s through press release writing and distribution, article marketing, social media, direct pitching, assisting in getting book reviews, online marketing, etc. As a published author, her writing skills help to produce copy that sells and her excellent research and established databases helps to get that copy to the right places. Marketing is her passion and she loves helping to make a difference in the businesses that she works with.
Emily has been in the administrative field since the early 2000’s and went virtual in 2008. She has specialized in working in many different industries and holds a special place in her heart for those in the mental health field. She has a passion for event planning and management, organization and scheduling. Living in Hawaii, she likes to bring the Aloha spirit to her client’s business.
Jaime has been a “virtual” professional since 2006. Since narrowing her focus to copywriting in 2008, Jaime Lee has written hundreds of pieces of content, from websites and ebooks to blog posts and brochures. With the unique ability to mimic voices, she has completed a multitude of ghostwriting assignments for clients around the world. While she can write almost anything you ask her to, Jaime Lee shines when tasked with creating compelling content with lots of personality.
A graduate of the University of Texas, Jeanne’s many specialties include virtual event management, project management, WordPress set-up and management, social media set up and management, CRM management and copy editing. She loves helping clients determine the best tools and processes for their business. A long-time volunteer for the International Virtual Assistants Association (IVAA), Jeanne is also an avid golfer.
Jenna specializes in social media marketing and virtual event strategies for online business owners. Leaving the corporate rat race behind, Jim joined the team full-time back in 2006 with an education in Computer Science and an Associate Degree of Applied Science Engineering Technology, Jim has an extensive background and knowledge in the areas of computer hardware, networking, software and administration. He has a broad range of skills and expertise in PC building and upgrades, OSTicket installations, programming, plugins, technical support, virus removal, data recovery and system backups and security. Jim is also experienced in database creation, maintenance and conversion.
Karen worked in the administrative field since 1990 before deciding to go virtual and open her own business in 2007. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of NC – Greensboro and became VA Certified in 2009. After several years as an internet marketing specialist assisting clients in 1ShoppingCart, Constant Contact, Aweber, Kajabi and Client Concierge Services she found another passion in content marketing. She brings volumes of knowledge regarding content writing and promotion including blogging and social media marketing to the clients she works with.
Leila has worked in administration for over 20 years, and in graphic and web design for almost 15. She is experienced in a wide range of administrative functions and software, and merges these general skills with a real talent for graphics of all kinds, web design and development, including WordPress and some code, and web maintenance. Mary Ruth – Marketing Automation Specialist
After more than 30 years in the brick-and-mortar world, Mary started her virtual assistant business in 2007 learning how to code, use many different technical platforms, do social media, and all the varied new processes the Internet has to offer. Her business has grown to be concentrated primarily on marketing automation (especially Infusionsoft, but also 1ShoppingCart and other marketing funnel platforms) and communications. She also offers assistance to clients as an online business manager. Mary especially enjoys working with mission-driven entrepreneurs.
Pam Langord – Systems and Automation Specialist
Pam has spent her entire 25+ years career implementing systems and streamlining processes for businesses of all sizes. Her passion is working with busy speakers and coaches to implement their automated marketing and product fulfillment using platforms such as Infusionsoft, Active Campaign, Click Funnels, and Lead Pages as well as integrations with stand-alone delivery platforms such as Thinkific and Ruzuku. Taming technology and wrangling systems in order to give clients peace of mind so they can operate their unique, creative zone of genius has become her epic mission. Patty brings more than 20 years of administrative support experience to BizEase. As a online support specialist, Patty’s areas of expertise include (but are certainly not limited to): editing/proofreading, spreadsheets, word processing, website critiques, email management, newsletter preparation and distribution, PowerPoint, and Internet research.
Theresa specializes in e-commerce set up, membership site development and email marketing. A firm believer in matching the right actions to realistic goals, Theresa helps time-strapped entrepreneurs use the web to raise their profile and boost profits. Yvonne has a rich background in administrative work, with over twenty years in the field. Recently however, she has decided to follow her passion for design and pursue a degree in graphic design. Her mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign helps bring clients’ projects to a whole new level of beauty, whether they need photo retouching, logo design, or page layouts.
