Darlene has been a digital media support specialist since 2008. She specializes in podcast production, and audio/video editing. A two-time Podcast Award nominee, Darlene is passionate about assisting others with their podcasting needs; including but not limited to editing, producing, mastering, podcast setup, and coaching clients through podcast production from point A to point B. A web designer by trade and a creative at heart, she is also skilled in WordPress, Document Formatting and eNewsletter design.

Diana has been a leader in the VA Industry for 25 years having started her business in 1985. Gabriela is a professional with over 15 years experience in the graphic design field. Gabriela has worked at companies such as Mattel, Inc., a Fortune 500 company as a Senior packaging designer and art director; Equinox- formerly known as The Sports Club Company, as a Senior Graphic Designer, among others. In the recent years, she has worked from her studio, GDesign, as a creative consultant and graphic designer, specializing in brand, collateral, and print design. Gabriela is passionate about her work and is a creative, motivated team player and key communicator.
Heather started her virtual assistant career in 2017 but was born into the age of the Internet – coding, and blogging at the age of 12. She works exclusively with the Divi theme for WordPress and is a huge advocate for search engine optimization. Heather is also a graphic designer who specializes in social media management on Pinterest and Instagram. She considers herself a productivity junkie and her clients/colleagues rave about her organizational skills. Heather understands the complex needs of her clients and offers a vast range of services including e-commerce management and email marketing as a Constant Contact Partner.
Leaving the corporate rat race behind, Jim joined the team full-time back in 2006 with an education in Computer Science and an Associate Degree of Applied Science Engineering Technology, Jim has an extensive background and knowledge in the areas of computer hardware, networking, software and administration. He has a broad range of skills and expertise in PC building and upgrades, OSTicket installations, programming, plugins, technical support, virus removal, data recovery and system backups and security. Jim is also experienced in database creation, maintenance and conversion.

Mary Ruth – Marketing Automation Specialist
After more than 30 years in the brick-and-mortar world, Mary started her virtual assistant business in 2007 learning how to code, use many different technical platforms, do social media, and all the varied new processes the Internet has to offer. Her business has grown to be concentrated primarily on marketing automation (especially Infusionsoft, but also 1ShoppingCart and other marketing funnel platforms) and communications. Ruth brings 30+ years of sales and marketing experience to each copywriting assignment she works on. She has the know-how to take your topic and expand on it while maximizing it for the highest yield of search engine optimization. Ruth has written hundreds of blog posts, social media posts, bios, website copy plus has even ghostwritten published books. When not working she can be found in her western Maryland home designing a quilt or peeking from behind her Kindle absorbed in another mystery novel.
Patty brings more than 20 years of administrative support experience to BizEase. As a online support specialist, Patty’s areas of expertise include (but are certainly not limited to): editing/proofreading, spreadsheets, word processing, website critiques, email management, newsletter preparation and distribution, PowerPoint, and Internet research.
In her 20 year corporate IT career in the automotive industry and international banking, Susan developed complex systems and managed large projects and teams. She moved into training and developed a training function from scratch, and enabled rapid company growth with a steady stream of highly trained employees. After taking a career break, she turned those corporate skills into an online business where content creation and training are key elements. For the last few years, Susan has specialized in podcasting, providing podcast strategy and launch services, and podcast production and support. She blogs about podcasting, and has developed training courses in podcasting as well as audio and video editing. Susan is also an enthusiastic podcaster, being the host and producer of her popular podcast, Stitchery Stories, which is based around her beloved hobby of textile art & embroidery.
